Does FunWebcam work with all applications?

Yes, FunWebcam will work with any application of using a USB webcam.  

After installation, there's only animation and no video images.

No video image can be viewed under the preview mode. Switch to the video mode and you can view video image.  

There's no effect shown when using FunWebcam during a video chat.

FunWebcam has been tested through various hardware platforms and proved great compatibility with most webcams. Please try the followings if you can't use FunWebcam:

I. Problems with first time run after installation, you could solve it by plug in/out the webcam again or restarting computer.

II. Be sure that the webcam hardware, webcam driver program and VGA driver program have been installed successfully before you install FunWebcam. Otherwise, please reinstall it.

III. When there is more than one webcam being used, please make sure to choose the appropriate one when using FunWebcam.  

 Animation motion moves very slow and pauses often.

This often appears when the web is blocked. When the video images pause, animation also pauses.  

 After using this software, initialization of other video chat software failed.

Webcam can't be used by two kinds of software simultaneously. Therefore, please quit the video mode or switch to compress mode when other video chat software is being run. At the same time, check if the webcam is being used by other video chat program if you can't enter video mode.  

 Should both parties install FunWebcam to watch the animation?

Not necessary, one party installs the software and the other will enjoy the animation.  

 The other party can't view my new frame (or he/she sees a different one) when I add it to the video chat page.

It is the result of the web blockage. there's a time span between the images of the two parties.  

 When I close FunWebcam, there's still frame in the video chat page.

that's a normal phenomenon. If you want to cancel the frame, please run the software and click "cancel". 

 How to use the frames after download them?

There are several ways to add the frames to the software:

I. Double click the frame file

II. Drag frames to the FunWebcam window directly, the software will import frames to the list automatically.  

 How to uninstall FunWebcam?

Two ways to uninstall FunWebcam:

A.      Choose "uninstall" in the start menu and do as the proceeds.

B.       Choose FunWebcam in the "add and uninstall program" in the control panel and click "uninstall".
